Position: Collections Fiscal Assistant (LIS III)

Position Description: The Collections Fiscal Assistant is responsible for the processing of invoice payments and credit refunds for Collection Development and Delivery Services. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to review data for accuracy and completeness. This position reports to the Director for the unit.

Responsibilities Include:

- Processing of invoice payment and credit refunds for the unit; includes loading invoice files from online servers, manual creation of invoices in library system, review of invoice information for accuracy, and creation/maintenance of vendor records in library system
- Receiving and verifying shipment contents for items coming into library and items returned to vendors
- Overseeing library mailroom operations in cooperation with Information Desk and Interlibrary Loan personnel
- Managing book and journal shipments to and from the 3rd-party commercial bindery
- Verifying interlibrary loan returns and process in the library ILL system
- Performing all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission

- Three years of relevant experience
- Experience with library acquisitions or similar procurement/inventory related duties
- Experience with Alma, Sierra, or a similar integrated library system
- Experience with statistics or data analysis
